Recovery coaching and case management

Recovery is hard. Doing it alone is harder.

Break Free Recovery works one-on-one with people building a life after addiction, and with the families standing beside them. No judgment, no script, no shame. Just steady support from people who have been there.

Confidential. Free first conversation. No obligation.

What we do

Support that fits around a real life

Treatment is a starting point, not a finish line. The hard part is everything that comes after: the appointments, the paperwork, the job, the family, and the ordinary Tuesday when nobody is watching. That is the part we help with.

How it works

Three steps, starting with one phone call

  1. Reach out

Call or send a message. The first conversation is free, confidential, and has no obligation attached to it. You do not need to have anything figured out first.

  2. Build the plan

We look at where you are right now, what has and has not worked before, and what support you actually need. That becomes a written, specific plan.

  3. Do the work together

Regular sessions, real accountability, and coordination with your wider care team. We adjust as life changes, because it will.

What we believe

How we work, and what we will not do

Choosing who to trust with this is a serious decision, usually made at the worst possible time. Here is what you can count on from us.

More about us
  • Meet people where they are

No one gets shamed into recovery. We start from your actual life and circumstances, not from where a program says you should be.

  • Lived experience

Our coaches have been through this. That is not a marketing line. It changes what the conversation sounds like from the first minute.

  • Confidential by default

What you share stays between us. We do not discuss your situation with anyone without your explicit permission.

  • Honest about our limits

Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. When you need a licensed clinician, we say so and help you find one.

We accept referrals from treatment programs, therapists, and probation officers. If you are making a referral, call us directly and we will take it from there.

You do not have to have it together to call.

One conversation, no cost, no pressure, and nothing you say leaves the room. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you and help you find who is.
